Selecting Addresses
Switch over to the addresses table. Click there on the Selection.... button. A dialog appears for the selection of addresses (see Screenshot).After a particular selection is made, click on "OK". Only the selected records will now be displayed in the addresses table grid.
Click there on "All Records", in order to reset the selection.
The selection influences the function "Compile Mailing". When compiling the mailing, select the option "All Visible Records" in order to compile a mailing on the basis of the selection made.
